Trini Pepper Sauce is a family recipe from Trinidad and Tobago, inspired by 5 generations of sauce makers.  We use pure, organic, hand-picked Scotch Bonnet Peppers and Scorpion Peppers, grown locally in Trinidad, just miles from where my grandmother lives. These peppers are never frozen, and I’m proud to say that we’re using the best peppers that my home country has to offer.

Flavor - Smooth, fresh citrus notes, papaya, and culantro for a full body and rich flavor. 
Texture - Slightly thick with chunks of fresh ingredients. 
HeatA balanced combination of heat and flavor, with scotch bonnet and scorpion peppers.
